Search Page

The Search Page performs a full-text search across the entire database. Results are automatically filtered by options selected under the View menu. These options include Internal Items, Resolved Tracker/Action Items, and Closed Projects.

Looking for a quick per-page filter? Use the Quick Search box on the right end of the Toolbar to instantly filter rows on the currently visible list page without leaving the page.

To access the Search Page:

1. Choose Search, from the File menu.

To search for text:

1. From the Search Page, type the Search text.
2. Click Search.

To open a found item:

1. From the Search Page, click the cell value.
2. Choose Open Item from the Edit menu.
